Who we are

How we work with you
- You choose. You decide what help you want, and how and when you get it.
- We listen first. We meet you before supports start, and we ask what matters to you.
- We put it in writing. Your service agreement sets out the supports, times and prices.
- We keep you in the loop. We check in regularly and change things when you need.
- You can bring someone. Bring a family member, friend or advocate to any meeting.

Registration means we meet the Commission's rules for the supports we provide. It does not mean your plan pays for every support. That depends on your plan.
If something goes wrong
If something goes wrong, we act fast to keep you safe. We record it, we tell you what we are doing, and we report serious incidents to the NDIS Commission as the law requires.
You can ask us for a copy of how we manage incidents. We can give it to you in a way that suits you.
