Supports for your day
We are registered to give seven types of NDIS support. We have grouped them by the part of the day they often fit. That is only to make the list easy to read.
Times are flexible. We work around you, not the clock.
Your plan sets what you can use. If your plan includes a support, we can talk about providing it. We can help you check your plan.

Morning: getting ready for the day
Personal care
Help with everyday personal tasks. That can mean showering, dressing, grooming, eating and getting ready for the day. We help in the way you want, and we help you do as much as you can yourself.
What we do:
- Help with showering, toileting, dressing and grooming
- Help with eating and getting ready for the day
- Help with the same tasks at other times, such as getting ready for bed
What we do not do: we do not provide high intensity care. That includes complex bowel care, tube feeding and help with breathing machines. If you need this, we can help you find a provider who does.
We try to keep the same small team with you. If one worker supports you on your own at home, we will talk with you about safety first and check in with you regularly.

Daytime: home and work
Household tasks
Help with cleaning, laundry and basic yard work at your home, when your disability makes these hard to do.
What we do:
- Essential cleaning, such as floors, the kitchen and the bathroom
- Washing, drying and folding clothes
- Basic yard jobs, such as mowing and keeping paths clear
What we do not do: this covers the essential jobs you cannot do yourself. It is not a full cleaning service, and it does not cover garden makeovers.
Ask about household tasksFinding and keeping a job
Help to get ready for work, find a job and keep it. We also help students move from school to TAFE, uni or training.
What we do:
- Help you work out what kind of work you want
- Help with job applications and getting ready for interviews
- Support while you settle into a new job
- Help to plan the move from school to further study or training
What we do not do: we do not do workplace assessments. A qualified health professional, such as an occupational therapist, does those. We cannot promise you a job. We work with you towards your work goals.

Afternoon out: your community
Community, social and recreational activities
A support worker comes with you to do the things you enjoy in your community. That might be shopping, the library, sport, a cafe, church, volunteering or meeting friends.
What we do:
- Come with you to activities and places you choose
- Help you plan the outing and get there
- Support you while you are there
Good to know: your plan pays for the support worker. It usually does not pay for the activity itself, such as tickets, memberships or meals. Check with your plan or plan manager.
Ask about community supportA program designed around you
If usual community programs do not work for you because of your support needs, we can design a program around you. Few plans include this support. Ask us or your support coordinator if it applies to you.

Evening and planning: skills and next steps
Daily life skills
We help you learn and practise skills for more independence. That can be cooking, budgeting, catching the bus or train, shopping and getting on with people.
This is about learning to do things yourself, with us beside you. If you want someone to do a task for you, see personal care or household tasks.
What we do:
- Cooking simple meals, step by step
- Planning a budget and paying bills
- Practising a trip on the bus or train
- Practising shopping, talking with people and making plans
- Training for family members and carers, if your plan includes it
Life changes and planning
Help through big changes, like leaving school, moving house or leaving hospital. We help you plan, make decisions and connect with the right supports.
What we do:
- Help you plan for a change and think about your choices
- Help with daily planning, decisions and budgeting
- Help you understand and keep up with a rental agreement
- Help you find and connect with other supports you need
[CONFIRM: support coordination]
What we do not do: we do not offer specialist support coordination.

Questions about plans and costs
Can you support me if my plan is NDIA-managed?
Yes. If the NDIA manages your plan, you can only use registered providers. We are registered. We claim payment from your plan through the NDIS system.
Can you support me if I have a plan manager?
Yes. Your plan manager pays us from your plan.
Can you support me if I self-manage?
Yes. We send you an invoice. You pay it, then claim the money from your plan.
Can my plan be managed in more than one way?
Yes. For example, one part of your plan can be self-managed and another part NDIA-managed.
What will it cost?
If your plan is NDIA-managed or plan-managed, we charge no more than the NDIS price limits. Before we start, we agree prices with you in a written service agreement. [CONFIRM: self-managed pricing]
What can my funding pay for?
You can only use your funding for supports that match your plan. If you are not sure what your plan covers, ask your plan manager, your support coordinator or the NDIA. We can help you read your plan too.
Can I change how my plan is managed?
Yes. You can ask the NDIA at any time. Call them on 1800 800 110.
Do I need a support coordinator to use your services?
No. You can contact us yourself.
